Sebastian is the founder and Managing Director of GBA Capital with over 11 years experience across equity capital markets and financial services.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Hons), Masters of Applied Finance, Certificate in
Business Excellence from Columbia University and is a Graduate of The Australian Institute of Company
Directors.
Kristi Bryson
Corporate Finance Associate
Kristi is an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets team, she has more than 12 years experience
in the stockbroking industry. Kristi’s background is in operations, institutional sales and corporate finance.
Kristi holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics), and a Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security.
Flynn Huang
Corporate Finance Analyst
Flynn is an Analyst in Corporate Finance and assists GBA corporate clients with corporate advisory, divestments, and capital raisings.
Flynn has over 6 years’ experience in the small-mid cap sector on the ASX, and previously ran his own businesses in the Pharmaceutical Distribution and Direct to Consumer industry. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).
Martin Nguyen
Corporate Finance Analyst
Martin is an Analyst in Corporate Finance with previous experience in retail banking. Martin assists GBA corporate clients with corporate advisory, divestments and capital raisings.
Martin is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Applied Finance.

Research Director
Trent has over 15 years’ experience in Mining and Metals research across CLSA, Citi, Bell Potter and Southern Cross Equities. Previously, he worked as a geologist for Newcrest Mining and a journalist with Fairfax Media.
Trent holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a PhD in Geology
Josh Duff

Josh works on the Equity Sales Desk, assisting investors with trade execution, general advice and portfolio management. He has previously spent the last 4 years working on provision of investment advice to high net wealth & family office clients.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Financial Planning & Taxation Law).

Operations Manager
Natalie has over 15 years experience across professional services. She supports the GBA Capital Sales team and day to day operations.
Natalie has worked in marketing for American Express Private Bank in London, as well as in marketing & artist management for Universal Music & Sony Music Australia.

Advisory Board Member
Stephen has over 20 years experience in equity capital markets and corporate advisory as a Managing Director at RFC Ambrian and executive at Bankers Trust. He has also been CEO of resource exploration and development company Magnetite Mines (MGT), listed on the ASX.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Grad Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA) and is a member of the AICD.
